EOS Best Practice

What the Heck is EOS is provided to all new employees during onboarding as an introduction to EOS.

Lab651 manages all aspects of EOS using the online tool Ninety.io including:

  • VTO
  • Accountability Chart
  • Leadership L10 Meetings
  • Departmental L10 Meetings
  • To-Do’s
  • Issues
  • Rocks
  • The Leadership Team meets weekly on Tuesdays for a 90 Minute L10 Meeting
  • The Strategic Team meets weekly on Wednesdays for a 90 minute L10 Meeting
  • The COO meets weekly with Engineering and Marketing heads in a L10 meeting

The Leadership team meets quarterly in a day-long offsite planning session and implements the following agenda from EOS Worldwide.

This also resides in the “Quarterly Pulsing” chapter of the Leadership Team Manual.

In addition the People Analyzer is reviewed/updated for the entire team.

The Organizational Checkup will be reviewed and score recorded.

The Leadership team meets annually in a two day offsite planning session and implements the following agenda from EOS Worldwide’s “Annual Planning” chapter of the Leadership Team Manual.

The Leadership Team reviews all employees and contractors Quarterly — usually as part of the Quarterly Offsite Meetings — and enters their marks in this Document. The “Bar” is one +/- and all Y’s.

After the new employee has read the book, the COO meets to review the EOS rollout PPT. (Needs update — confirm PPT is current.)
