Jira Set-Up

Lab651 uses Jira, exclusively, for all project process tracking. The Project Manager will run every project meeting with the client and the engineers from this board. Additionally, every engineer will look to this board for task priorities and assignments. So, it is imperative that the board be at the forefront of our discussions internally and externally.

Every project will have its own board, even when there are multiple projects per client or an engineer is on multiple projects. The process of creating a board can be found here in the Jira documentation. This is the responsibility of the Project Manager or the Product Owner.
