  • AIOA meets with COO to review Aged Receivables and Bank Account Balance and contact/action Plans for any receivables not current
  • AIOA provides QB Invoices to approve to COO and Head of Software Engineering (Bi-Weekly)
  • AIOA enters any incoming invoices into QuickBooks
  • AIOA monitors bank account for electronic deposits and enter into QB
