Onboarding
EMPLOYEE OFFER
- Create an employee Folder with the Candidate Employee’s Name
- Move any resumes, references, applicable docs to this folder
- Copy the offer letter template to the Employee Folder and rename with employee name and date
- Draft the employee offer letter - calculate the prorated PTO using 12/month of offer * #PTO days offered
- Create a .pdf of the offer in the Employee folder and send to kara.snider@lab651.com along with the personal email address of the candidate so that she can send the offer letter via DocuSign
- Repeat any adjustments or negotiation points by renaming the offer letter and .pdf with revB etc
- Once offer letter is signed, place in Employee Folder and begin the Onboarding processes
ONBOARDING
- EMPLOYEE
- Copy Kara Employee onboarding to Employee Folder
- Complete Top items and email kara.snider@lab651.com the link
- Copy Justin Onboarding to Employee Folder
- Complete both processes
- CONTRACTOR DIRECT / INDIRECT
- Create a contractor Folder with the Contractors Name
- If the contractor comes from a supplier, create the contractor file in the supplier folder
- Move any resumes, references, applicable docs to this folder from Pursuits
- Copy Kara Contractor onboarding to contractor Folder
- Complete Top items and email kara.snider@lab651.com the link
- Copy Justin Onboarding to contractor Folder
- Complete both processes
- Create a contractor Folder with the Contractors Name
