Sprint Review and Kick-Off
Section titled “Sprint Review and Kick-Off”The following is the process that each Sprint Review and Kick-Off should go through
- Review of last Sprint
- “Show-and-tell” - Overview of UI/UX/Functionality changes in the last sprint. This can be done via pre-recorded video, live emulator or live connected device. It will be done via screen share by the engineer(s) who made the changes.
- Ask for feedback from the Subject Matter Expert and/or the Product Owner. Record any changes as Bugs or new Tasks.
- Review of velocity and burn-down
- Discuss tickets that were not able to be closed and the plans associated with tickets.
- Move unclosed tickets to the backlog or the next Sprint
- Close the Sprint
- Loading of new Sprint
- Everyone loads the tickets that they will work on during the Sprint
- Describe the tickets that are being loaded and the outcome of the tickets when they are done
- Ask questions of the Product Owner, if needed
- Review the Story Point estimate for the tickets
- Ask if there are concerns amongst the team in regards to the loaded tickets
- Start Sprint
