Sprint Review and Kick-Off

The following is the process that each Sprint Review and Kick-Off should go through

  1. Review of last Sprint
    1. “Show-and-tell” - Overview of UI/UX/Functionality changes in the last sprint.  This can be done via pre-recorded video,  live emulator or live connected device.  It will be done via screen share by the engineer(s) who made the changes.
    2. Ask for feedback from the Subject Matter Expert and/or the Product Owner.  Record any changes as Bugs or new Tasks.
    3. Review of velocity and burn-down
    4. Discuss tickets that were not able to be closed and the plans associated with tickets.
    5. Move unclosed tickets to the backlog or the next Sprint
    6. Close the Sprint
  2. Loading of new Sprint
    1. Everyone loads the tickets that they will work on during the Sprint
    2. Describe the tickets that are being loaded and the outcome of the tickets when they are done
    3. Ask questions of the Product Owner, if needed
    4. Review the Story Point estimate for the tickets
    5. Ask if there are concerns amongst the team in regards to the loaded tickets
  3. Start Sprint
