SEARCHING - A Need Has been determined and we need to go outside for talent

RESUMES PRE VETTING

  • Place candidate resumes here - create a skill folder if it does not exist
    • Delete or create and Archive folder for older resumes
  • As a first pass use this resume vetting process to screen candidate resumes
  • Update this log with pertinent information as the candidate is moved through screening and interviews

CANDIDATE RESUMES POST VETTING

  • Candidate resumes should be named with the supplying agency and hourly rate (john_doe_resume_randstad_100_hr.pdf) and placed in the client pursuits folder
  • All subsequent items pertaining to the candidate should also be stored in the pursuits folder
  • Interviewing — culture, technical, and client interview process
