Admin Annual Salary Actions
ANNUAL REVIEWS AND SALARY ACTIONS FOR NON-DEVELOPERS
- All employee salary actions are implemented in January regardless of start date
- Employees who have less than 180 as of January will be reviewed on their employment anniversary for year one and then annualy in January
STEPS
- BY DECEMBER 15th, Create a “202x Admin Salary Actions” Folder in the Employee Files Folder
- Make sure access is restricted
- BY DECEMBER 31st, COO schedule a planning session with the CEO to work out total allocation for the coming year
- Copy the previous years Admin Salary change worksheet into the newly created folder and allocate the amounts per discussion with CEO
- BY JANUARY 15th, Schedule a planning session with the CEO to review the actual actions to be implemented and the monthly and annual change from current
- BY JANUARY 15th, Create an “Salary Action_Month_Year” Folder inside each Employee folder receiving a salary change
- Copy this Salary Action template to each Employee Folder and customize per the final spreadsheet
- Create .pdf’s of the notification letters
- Send Action Spreadsheet and all action letter pdf’s to kara.snider@lab651.com copying the COO
- Salary actions for COO to be sent for CEO signature
- Kara will send the letters via docusign and make the payroll changes effective January 1.
