INTERVIEWING

  • Culture Interview Head of Software Engineering and COO
  • Send questions to candidate prior to Interview and include a calendar link for the interview time selection
  • Make a copy of the questions and move to the resume folder in the appropriate skill folder - take notes on this document during the interview  Make sure the document name reflects the candidate name and date of interview
  • Technical Interview Head of Software Engineering
  • If the candidate is proceeding to a technical interview, contact the appropriate developer to do a technical interview
    • Provide the candidate resume to the person doing the technical interview - No rates in file name
    • Introduce the interviewer and candidate via email and allow the interviewer to arrange the interview NEED TEMPLATE
    • Tech interviewer should provide a google doc with interview summary and recommendations
  • Client Interview
  • Coordinate the client interview and send the Meeting Link to all
    • Provide .pdf resume No rates or supplier in file name 
    • If resume contains supplier logo or name request sanitized resume before sending to client
    • If the resume has spelling or grammar issues contact candidate or supplier prior to sending to client
    • Once meeting is scheduled, edit and revise one of the client attendees to owner so that they can admit
    • Join the meeting, make introductions and then mute and no camera
    • Follow up with client after meeting for next steps

REFERENCES

  • Any candidate going forward to a client recommendation must supply references
  • Copy the reference check template to the candidate resume folder
  • Take notes on the document during the reference check calls
