Project Close
Project Close should occur after the retrospective and a close out meeting has been done the Account Manager has been completed.
Once all stakeholders agree that the project is complete, the following need to be done:
- When applicable, ensure that all tickets in Jira have been closed out or moved to the backlog.
- Remove engineers from the Harvest project.
- Update project tracking sheet to indicate project completion
- Update employ status for active projects
- Send an email to xxx when the project has been completed and can be archived after the next billing cycle.
- Remind Sales to send the Client Survey
