Project Close

Project Close should occur after the retrospective and a close out meeting has been done the Account Manager has been completed.

Once all stakeholders agree that the project is complete, the following need to be done:

  • When applicable, ensure that all tickets in Jira have been closed out or moved to the backlog.
  • Remove engineers from the Harvest project.
  • Update project tracking sheet to indicate project completion
  • Update employ status for active projects
  • Send an email to xxx when the project has been completed and can be archived after the next billing cycle.
  • Remind Sales to send the Client Survey
