Project Set-Up Checklist

Section titled “Project Set-Up Checklist”
  • New project form has been completed
  • Project information and all corresponding information is entered into Harvest.
  • Follow the process 
  • A ‘Client’ folder has been created in Lab651’s G-Drive
  • Both Jira and Confluence spaces are created for the project.  See the Jira link here for additional information.
  • Appropriate communication channels and cadence have been set-up for the course of the project
