Cadence of Kanban
Section titled “Cadence of Kanban”-
Review of the Kanban progress should be happen at least once a week.
- All active tickets and all tickets that have had a change of status should be reviewed.
- Review of the Release schedule should be reviewed. Any concerns about the scope and the status of the project should be discussed.

Stand-ups should be scheduled a 1-3 times a week (more if necessary). This process is not as strict as Scrum, but is it vital that exposure of issues happens in a timely manner.
- During the Stand-Up, four questions needs to be answered.
- “What did I do yesterday?”
- “What am I going to do today?”
- “What is the status of the tickets assigned to me?”
- “Is there anything blocking me from completed my tickets before the end of the Sprint” - It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to help move blockers out of the engineer’s way.
- During the Stand-Up, four questions needs to be answered.
