Section titled “PROCESS”Regardless of the Agile framework chosen for a project (Scrum or Kanban) the core tenants are iterating, reviewing and improving. Both frameworks require looking inside of the process to identify areas where we can improve and making those improvements right away.
As an example, here is a graphical outline of the process of Scrum.
