Lab651 serves our clients in two primary ways:

  • In-House Projects
  • Staff Augmentation

In-House

Section titled “In-House”

For in-house projects, Lab651 runs all projects as Agile. Each project may use different frameworks (such as Scrum versus Kanban), based on the type and the length of projects. See the section on Agile for more information.

Staff Augmentation

Section titled “Staff Augmentation”

For staff augmentation projects, the client generally runs the project with their in-house processes. During a staff augmentation, if you see an opportunity for Lab651 to help the client improve their process (or implement a process where there is none), reach out and let the Account Manager know there is room for improvement. We can perform Agile training and implementation for our clients.
