EOS - the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is our business management “System”. You have the book, “What the Heck is EOS” and have seen the rollout presentation. You will be working out your quarterly “Rocks” during your next checkin and hearing more about EOS in the coming months.

“What the Heck is EOS” - This book by Gino Wickman, was sent to you during your onboarding process. Please read the book completely and review the links below. Please then schedule a meeting with the Head of Engineering to discuss Lab651’s implementation of EOS and what it means to you!
