Log my Hours in Harvest?

You should have received an invite to Harvest as part of the onboarding process. Please set up your account and use it to track all of your time worked daily.

In order to be paid, you must also have notes for all your entries describing the work done. Please NOTE that these notes may be provided to the client with their invoice, so keep them professional!

Additionally, we highly recommend you use the apps provided by Harvest which allow you to start/stop your timer.

You should not work more than 40 billable hours a week unless approved by the client or Lab651

Your hours will be checked in Harvest hours prior to payroll.

  • Please make sure your time is up to date daily in Harvest.
  • Use the Harvest timers!
  • You are expected to average >= 84% billable hours per week. See Wellness for further details
